Default Cossy ECU identity

Can anyone help with identifing the ecu i have, on the side of it says IAW 048/01 and on the other 0502. There is also a sticker on the front that read s Weber. IAW 048/01 then the following - WD48.08/L3H.93 -
When i have removed the lid there is a piggy back board fitted.
Any help would be great.....

late type Green-top for Catalyst equipped car with lambda sensor... If it's standard and original, the chip in the piggyback board should have L3H93 on the label too.
