hi wonder if some one can help me here

im the new owner and builder of the PUMA "AWESOME CAR IN THE MAKING "
and on the drivers side of my block towards the back on the engine ,i have a threaded hole and no idea what is surposed to go in to it ,it could well be a blacking plug but i have no idea what i am looking for

if its the one facing inward is the water one if facing down at angle its where the breather return is

I presume it is a cos motor???
