Default loom removal mk4 escy/ mk2 orion

always had a prob with the wiring up the a-piller to the roof clock, how do ppl usually remove/ re-feed back in??

Ive always found that taping the wire's to a metal coat hanger to be the best bet when trying to get wires in hard places

usually a good idea but thye usully get stuck in about half way down, anyone tried it will kno wat i mean

What about feeding some wire down the a pillar and then soldering it to the loom and pulling the loom back through using the wire you soldered to the loom.

I too have never foundt the solution to this myself, originally the loom would be fed in and then the sunroof drain channels are put in after, then the roof lining?!

You know me and what im like, and i myself would just cut that part.......

I have heard people say theyve removed the wiring without (ive never even got that far) i always have a good tug ( ) and see if it comes out, and never have. But one thing for certain, they are hard enough to get out, let alone get back up.

Above is the only way IMO, my first car didn't have a sun roof being a poverty model and i ran wires up the A pillar with ease to fit a roof clock
