Rolling wheel arches
Ok, as previously mentioned in another post of mine, i have a Fiesta MK4 1.4 16V Zetec.
Stupidly i fitted 16" alloys on with 195/45 tyres.
My problem at the moment is my car looks like it's on stilts and i've been advised to roll the wheel arches out in order to lower the car without any rubbing.
Am i rolling the outside and extending the inside? And how do i go about rolling the wheel arches, i had a brief explanation however i didn't take a whole lot in at the time.
I'm hoping to lower my car either 25mm with hard springs (to get it looking like the normal height again) or 40mm hard springs (for a lower look and hopefully still preventing any rubbing.)
If anybody knows anyone or has an MK4 who has lower their car and rolled their arches please let me know whether it's better to go all the way to 40mm or to play it safe with 25mm lowering springs
Chars!
