I'd like to know flow rate of a standard cossie injector, and that of a 2l Injected pinto.

The inlet manufold I have off a cossie doesnt have injectors but I have a 2l injected pinto head with injectors. The system will be running of an aftermarket managment system so Im not worried about managment/injector mis-match.

Also need to know what would be the ideal injectors to use with a Garret T2.5 Turbo. (Just in case I need to buy a set ) Maybe someone can suggest something off a differant manufacturer's car

check this link but ur question about the turbo is difficult cos its how much boost ur motor will take. there was a 2.0 conversion runnin 803s and a t34 but he had a lot of head work and group a gasket hope this helps .
