Default Replacement Key

Managed to loose my bloody car Key over xmas for my MK6 Escort Si, I have the red master key for it but don't fancy using that..

How much would a normal replacment key cost do yer reckon and also can my local keycutter do it or do they need to be done by Ford/Halfords

Thanks in advance

As Mark said, or if you go to a place like Timpsons or similar they can supply 3rd party pattern coded keys a lot cheaper

Yea, but there are words i would use to descrive it when i bought it, such as:

Shitter, piece of shit, nail, etc etc

Its still tatty as fuck now, but has come a long way, there wasn't a lot right with it when i got it and it wasn't turbo. Should be very tidy when im done with it

True! Got a load of stuff with it, the actual figure i handed over was £650 but that was based on the car being £230 (what it was acquired for), if i worked it out after selling all the other stuff it cam with its probably even less than that
