i in the middle of building a escort rs turbo van , anyone now the best way of lowering the back end, i carnt find lowered leaf springs anywere.?cheers cossierobbo

speak to somone called rosie i think on here he knows all about the vans and is guiding me on my one also check in the muppet room as thier was a post your vans up in thier hope this helps

flip the leaf springs up-side-down then its lowering blocks if you want it any lower

ive lowered 2 van with multileaf springs this way without any problems

or you can get the spring de-cambered

my mk2 1600 sport had multi leaves springs and I used lowering blocks the same as what was on my m8's single leaf spring one with no diffeence so at a guess IF the springs are up the other way they'll still be held tight together by the u clamps!
