Took out my box today, and the oil from the box started coming out of here, where the shaft goes into the box, not sure if this is normal, anyway it is now....

yes, there is a tool you insert in there when you take the shaft out to stop the oil pouring out. you can make one out of an old shaft just take the joint apart and use the end.
