Just a quicki, I've gotta Mk6 Escort si 1996 1.6 16v not sure what oil to use though.

5/30 and nothing other than 5/30.

 

go to your local ford dealer they will sell you the original oil ment fro that car and its not even that much more money than say halfords and atleast you will know your getting the right stuff and why not get a genuine oil filter for piece of mind too
