Possible solutions required PLEASE.
Done Cam belt change, oil etc
Put new plugs in- took HKS ones out. Now that I have put it all back together,
Car hesitates and feels like it 'splutters' under load.
Put HKS plugs back in....still does it.
Turn up boost....does it more.
Also as soon as it gets to 6000rpm it holds back (In 5th it won't even break the 6000rpm barrier, but it used to)
What have I done?

Sounds like the phase sync is out.. did you re-syncronise the phase sensor?

What did you align the auxiliary pulley to when you did the belt?
