i have a mk 6 escort with a 1.4 cvh in it just wanted to know if the petrol tank has a swirl pot in it as i am doing a fiesta turbo conversion and i am starting to need to keep the costs down.thought i might be able to get away with just buying the pump

If it's fuel injection already you'll be able to use the current tank and probably the pump too if you're keeping the RST engine standard.

If it's carbed (which I doubt as I think the last carbed esky was a mk5) you'll have to use swirl pot or get a tank from an injected escort.
