40 DCNF Vacuum help
I have a pair of Webber 40 DCNF carbs on my XR2. The problem I'm having is that I've plugged a TIM vacuum gauge in to a port on each carb and I'm not getting any readings. Am I being a dumbass or are the ports circled in red below not the vacuum ports???
I dont understand!
Cheers

Right, the carb on the left (One with brake servo outlet) has a pipe sticking out of the front of it, is this a vacuum, as i've seen pics on the web of these carbs with pipes off there!
I'll try it!

Cheers Lads, the one on the manifold is connected to the brake servo, so I dont particularly want to T this one.
I'm not trying to tune them, They're balanced already, I'm trying to find out why there was no reading!
I've been told that all 4 vac's need to be connected together and then to the dizzy, otherwise whatever is connected directly to one port will only pulse for a quarter of a cycle, which makes sense.
I will ask tho killerscum01 mate if you could describe how to tune them!
Cheers
