Galaxy 2.3 cruise control
Hi my galaxy has been in the ford garage all day and the mechanic is ready to top himself, the diagnostics tell him there is no faults yet the cruise light does not come on and cruise will not engage, has anybody had the same problem and did you find the cure Please help if you can cheers

1st check that your brake lights work ! odd you may think !
Depending on weather it has a 4 or 2 wire switch on the brake pedal it will most proberbly be the brake pedal position sensor .
If its a 2 wire switch it will have 2 switches on the pedal look in that direction 1st ..

Hi Doug
Thanks for the reply, yes the break lights do work and I looked around the break pedal but I couldn't actually see any switches on it at all, am I missing something
