i am in the proces of rebuilding my engine and my block has got wire rings in it so what head gasket should i use ore should i take the wire rings out

sounds like you have got a wire rung block ( leave them in and use a group A gasket or similar ) or if the rings are cut through to the bore ( prob about 6-8 mm thick ) then its a coppers rings ( you will have to fit the same...
i have got a wire rung block on my car with a cometic gasket ( 30psi 450 bhp ) and has been as good as gold.....
