Default Ford Escort MK 5 LX Injection or Not?
Hi i recently bought a MK 5 Escort LX K reg. I though LX's are injection? but mine isnt? is this wrong or can you get LX's with carboretta's?

Typically the 1.4 LX were carbeurettored but the later ones are Sequential EFI, but im sure thats only on the MK6 models.....

lx only applies to the trim spec, doesnt nesscesaraly(wrong) denote what engine it uses

This is true, but i usually think of it more like this (no offence btw)

Bonus/popular/popular plus = biggest pile of wank going

L, LX, GL etc etc = something shit about it
