Hello. Sorry to bother every one but basically I want to build a project car. A chap very local to me has a mint focus shell but it was stolen/ recovered and the shell i.d was removed. Is there any way I could use this shell or would it have to go onto a Q plate etc. I would also be using a second hand engine from a different vehicle can any one advise me. Any help would be appreciated

 

would have to be on a q id expect, if it was still a whole car you could be given an age related plate once you had been issued a new vin number, but seeing as it would have to be built up from bits of various cars it will be a q plate.
