Alloy size - advice needed
I recently purchased a 1999 Ford Fiesta 1.4 Zetec
I've been looking around to change the stock alloys to some nice big custom ones. However i came across a problem over another forum. Apparently it's ill-advised to fit 17" alloys onto this car as the wheel archs aren't big enough, even with a hard suspension you won't be able to sit people in the back of the car.
15" were the recommended size from the young lads however they're not overly big-looking without low profile tyres fitted.
Are 17" out of my league for this type of car? can i get away with 16" alloys. Or should i be safe and stick with 15" alloys.
