Default Whining Quaife

Ive just fitted a 7 1/2" Quaife diff to my 2wd saph cossie and now the diff sounds like a tube train. It whines when free wheeling, excelerating and decelerating. but slightly more when under normal throttle.

Any ideas if his is normal?

CheeRS!

the crown wheel and pinion must be re-meshed when the diff unit is replace otherwise its position on the crown wheel will be wrong and the diff will not last very long before its wearing itself away pal, trust me. there shouls not be any noise from a std cwp
