bourght a cosworth a couple of weeks ago dark greens 3 bar map but was only boosting at 10 psi went to turn it up wound the rod right in and it only turned it up to 13psi and doesn't seem to boost properly tried my brothers actuator that was boosting 22psi but when i put it on mine it would only boost at 6 psi i have checked boost pipes and taken dumpvalve off but it is still the samecould it possibly be the vacum pipes as they have been changed to blue ones and i had a problem like this on my frst

 

wouldn't the fact the your brothers actuator boosted up to 22psi suggest to you that your actuator has seen better days and it may be time to replace it ?
