saff cos polly bushes

iv removed the two main rear beam bushes but cant get the new poly bush ones in, anyone else done them before?

yes mate right chew i put plenty of lube on then made 2 flat plates wth a hole in the centre a long nut and bolt and pushed them in taking time once you get the edge entred they go quite easy
