Default mk5 escort van lowering

ok, my van is boring me lookin all standard and sorry for itself, so i feel a bit of lowering is in need of

front doesnt pose much of an issue to me as its a strut set up like im used to, but the rear end of this van has a leaf spring set up, something iv never dealt with

so, how do i go about lowering it?? and also where r the best places to get parts from for the job, i mean to buy any parts needed to drop the back end, and just a pair of lowering springs for the front?? not after a huge tarmac scrapin drop, just something like a 40-50mm drop so it sits nice on 15" alloys

cheers in advance

ps, please no suggestions about chopping coils on the front lol i value my life too much
