Default Will 4WD head fit 2WD???

Hey guys my saph 2WD head is split and im looking for another one(not with ease) Ive been told that a 4WD will fit as long as its complete with cams as the only diff is the cam fixings and the thermostat for a 2 bolt to a 3 bolt would this be true ??????????? cheeRS guys Donni.

Nowhere to bolt the turbo damper on mate Also the turbo feed is fed from the head instead of the block.....

will raise compression ratio slightly also - you'd be better off finding a 2wd head
