Default Better brakes on a budget?

Hi all, I have a '92 Saff cos 4x4, still running standard brake set up. Is there a way to improve the brakes using bits from the ford parts bin? Will bigger discs off somthing else fit?

focus disc's RS ones and have a bracket made to relocate calipers ,think there 325mm dia

just a suggestion

I'd have thought the Focus disc offset was too big for a 4x4 ?

bmw 7 series discs are pretty big and cheap i think. not ford parts so they will need redrilling for 4 stud fitment
