dont think its gonna be worth doing considering the time/money and bhp gain if any,and not wanting to put youre conversion down but it would be cheaper and more cost effective to put a frst conv on or similar from what ive seen, considering the power gains and ease of power increases just with chipping etc, seen lots of 1.8 and 2.0 zvh or 2.1 as they almost end up,conversions and you gotta go the whole hog to get the power up,pistons etc will be as much as the build for a good set,not an expert but have a look at some of the zvh conv and ask them, its not cheap by far, although some ive seen are quality, but that does come with a price, work out youre budget and ask 4a recommended tuner/builder off here or another member on here with similar builds 4 detailed advice,

If u aren't going 2 turbo it, apart from the lean burn head, u'll need -
water pump adaptor, CVH water pump, CVH crank pulley, CVH bottom (alternator) pulley, CVH head gasket'll do, longer head bolts, 1.6 CVH cam belt, 1.3 CVH cam belt tensioner, CVH water pump gasket & Zetec water pump gasket. U'll need the CVH alternator bracket & modify your engine mount.

This link'll help u -

http://www.quantums.info/zvh.htm

I've got most of that 4 sale. PM me if u r interested.
