Default 3 door prob help?

Have just fitted my new top dash, but noticed that the steering wheel had a fair amount of side to side play! noticed the shaft at the base was moving a fair amount through the bulkhead!

Is this a common thing, are there bushes that need changing on these parts? anyone else had this and cured it?

Any help would be appreciatted!

Thanks guys will check fleebay see if I cant get a hold of some!

sorry mate the dash was to bad so will be heading for the bucket! I managed to break the mounting for the drivers vent when I removed it as well where the switches are mounted! so cracked and broken, otherwise there would not have been a problem!
