mondeo st24 problem - blowing exhaust manifold and powerloss

anybody else had a problem with the exhaust manifold blowing only when the engine gets upto running temp

also getting a big drop in power when upto running temp but only after 3-3.5 rpm

diognostic showed all clear

any ideas ????

could maybe be the secondaries not opening mate, and overfueling which would cause the loss of power.

Usually it's the other way around, there's obviously some heat induced expansion opening up a gap.

The secondaries not opening up wouldn't cause overfuelling as air flow determines the fuelling, does your diagnostic tool let you datalog?
