easyist way to change rear wishbone bushes?

hi guys

anyone know the easyist way to get the wishbone bushes out. is there a puller i can buy?

any help much apreciated

Do you mean the inner and outer spherical bushes?? If so, why do you want to change them...ie for what reason??
