Default Noise From saff

When i turn tight to the left in my saff 4x4 there is a faint sort of droaning noise, very difficult to hear where it is coming from.

Never does it when i turn to the right. Only starts when ive given it a bit of a thrash so difficult to take it to garage and show them what its doing.

Any ideas as to what it is ?

if it was bearing or exhaust should it not also make a nosie when im turning to the right ?

And why is it only doing it when the car has had a bit of a thrash ?

the exhaust mite be close to one side of the body as u turn left it might hit the body but might have room the other side to not hit, have you hit anything in road maybe speed hump or a ramp
