I have a 1999 F-350 super duty(powerstroke) and i am having a problem with my 5th injector,i have had to replace it 3 times in 5000 miles. The symptom is when i start it cold it smokes really really bad until it starts to warm up,also it fails an electronic injector test. What could cause this?
