Default 200 205 block, whats the differance?

I'm busy fitting a engine inot a saph cossie at work and the engine that the owner has supplied is a 200 block engine, now the engine ive took out is a 205 block lump. What is the differance between these 2 engines and will it give me any trouble fitting the 200 block in?

200 block is a straight swap for a 205 block. 200 is stiffer, weighs more, used as standard on 4x4s.
