Default saph aircon into 3dr

Does anyone know if it's possible to fit saph aircon into a 3dr cossie.
Looking at my 3dr I can't see what the hard bits would be.
Help???

hi mate , i recently read on here that its not as straight forward as it seems. That was 4x4 saff air con , into a 2wd saff. the bulkhead is different apparently which makes it impossible/difficult im not sure. Im presuming the 3 door bulkhead is same as 2wd saff

does your 3 door have air con from the factory? if not, a factory a/c system will not fit as you don't have the large cutout in the bulkhead for the evaporator (where the blower motor is)

is the saph air con factory or aftermarket? if it's aftermarket, maybe it could fit.

I have a 3dr and a 90 4x4.
I was thinking of fitting the air into the 3dr and using that as the family car and putting my newly built 4x4 engine in as well.
Unfortunately the baby buggy won't fit under the parcel shelf so that idea is out the window.

Will now fit air from a 91 or 92 saph into my 4x4.
I got the whole thing with compressor, evap, condensor and switches from chap in UK who stated that it had been removed professionally.
Have been led to believe that the only small inconvenience will be where the hoses come out from the heater rad.

Looking fwd to getting some cool air cos in summer the 28-30C gets a bit much.

Has anyone had grief with engine smell coming into the cabin when stopped at the lights.
