i got a t3 turbo theres play side to side and play up and down, think it needs servicing,

noticed on ebay theres t3 turbo repair kits,

depends on how much the shaft itself has worn

 

oh i see how do i check if the shafts ok or too worn ?

 

The main thing I would be concerned about is the balancing of the turbo. I did the seals etc on my fiesta turbo back in 2000, It was great for a few months then its started to smoke worse than ever, The only thing i could put it down to was the turbo being out of balance
