Default Help needed !!! Escort S2 RST braking problem...

Hi guys,

I have this huge problem...my brakes do not work properly...

I have removed the ABS mastercylinder and changed it to a standard MK4 escort mastercylinder. I have also changed the brake pipes (dont know the english word for it ) from RST to standard ones.

Is it possible to do this anyway ?

The problem is that I can build up pressure when I hit the brake a couple of times, but when I start the engine and the brake booster kicks in the brake paddle will drop to the bottom (normal) but it isnt possible anymore to build up pressure when hitting the brake a thousand times...

What can be the problem ? some sort of air leakage ?

I have used a pump with a meter which I pressured up to 2 bars and them opend just 1 brake nipple...I must say the brake fluid didnt came out rapidly...just a minor drain. I have tested this with all the 4 brake lines..all the same result.
