4x4 saff rear hubs

any1 help? im gunna take the rear hubs off my 4x4 saff cos,is that right that the nearside is a left hand thread? wots the torque settings 4 when i put them back on? thanks

Nearside is left hand thread yeah

Think torque setting is 280 lb's per foot,but not 100% sure as my m8 has borrowed my workshop manual
