Default Tires

Hi all, I need advice on a one of my tires, this is quite a long one but bear with me as I need help.

I was doing abought 50 on the motorway on sunday in my MK6 fez for abought half an hour when almost instantly I felt like I was driving on Ice so I came off the motorway, checked the tires and the right, rear was compleatly flat! yet I checked the press abought a week ago at 30 PSI. I took the wheel of the car pumped it up to 10 PSI and it was leaking at the rim and leaked until it was flat but when I tried to find the leak again I pumped it up to 30 PSI and it has stoped leaking and has now been holding air all day even when it's on car. The rear axel/beam was replaced abought two weeks ago after I bent it in a crash and the wheel and tire are also abought two weeks old could, this have anything to do with it. Do you think the car is safe to drive with or without this wheel fitted.

Cheers, Chris.
