Default zetec flywheel

hi peeps i'v got a bit of a problem i am doing the 2.0 conversion in to my escort mk4 and on changing the flywheel from a 2.0 to a 1.8 i forgot to mark up my flywheel and block is this a problem?or can the flywheel go back on anyway?

The flywheel bolts are offset, it can only go on one way.
