Default Dash lights

Any ideas as to why just the lights for rev counter/speedo etc would go out but the rest would still work fine?

might be that the builbs are linked is series that means if 1 has blown may stop the rest from working

get multi meter ans check the 2 side s of the bulbs with ing and lights on
should be around 12 volts if not check fuses/wiring
