Default Uprating Brakes , hellllp!!!

I've just put (P reg)rs2000 discs and callipers onto my modded (P Reg)Escort van, they were bought 2nd hand from a local RS centre ,
Since they have been fitted , I can only manage about 60-100 miles before the pedal pressure fades out , i then have to pump them and eventually they fade out to nothing.
I have blead the system about 5 times ( including jacking the back up with both wheels off the floor to help open the valve), replaced the master cylinder with a new one , fit new cylinders on the back , and still the problem persists
W.T.F. am i doing wrong , or have I been sold a dodgy set of calipers?
There are no leaks coming from the system anywhere , its almost like air is being sucked in somewhere.
Can anyone help ?
Cheers
Dave

maybe the master cylinder is to small for the new calipers. but i would expect the pedal to be bad all the time if that was the case

If the pedal is fine after u have bled it then progressive gets worse to the stage where u have to "pump" the pedal that means there is air in the system. More than likely to be something leaking break fluid.

whats the seal like on the reservoir? sounds like its getting water in there. when that happens the water boils and you get air bubbles......
