Default Scorpio 1998 2.9 cosworth, what computer manager software?

Can anyone advise what hardware and software I require to switch off or on the various ecu settings.

Going to transplant this into a Serria and it's a Bob, so would like to change a few settings. Also need to add keys and reset the radio.

Many thanks for your help

I'd also be interested in knowing this with regard to switching features off.. I have a bob running a boa ecu, I'm wanting to delete the EGR, however I've been told the Ecu has no ability to understand it's missing, therefore causing rough running and poorer fuel return.
