Not sure if it your nearest mate, but their is a passionford meet in Taunton not sure if it's on during the winter and an rsoc meet in Bristol just near M4/M5 interchange.

Not 100% sure but I always thought that there was a Swindon rsoc group. Failing that, could get a meet going.
