Exclamation Breaking 3-door zetec turbo. 397bhp. List updated

Will be looking to start breaking in the next couple of weeks, so if any interest in the engine/want a test drive it will be a good idea to see it running before it comes apart lol.
The car has done less than 170 road miles and most parts were new/reconned.
Shell has V5 and 11 months MOT.

Location near Swindon

Engine: was mapped at Enhanced performance and made 397bhp/386lbft but had more to go!


Custom Swedish style inlet plenum to fit the rollers £300

T3/4 Turbo £300
External wastegate £150
Hayward and Scott Custom exhaust system £500
Cone air filter £40
Zetec coil packs x2 £20 each



Pro Alloy RS500 intercooler painted black. £320
Pro Alloy radiator upside down cossie rad, so will need mounts cutting off and rewelding to fit the ‘right’ way up. Painted black £300
Pro Alloy 50L fuel cell with internal collector, including VDO fuel level sender, filler neck and locking alloy cap £800
Hard pipes silicon hoses £100

Transmission & drivetrain:

Helix 6-paddle clutch £300
driveshafts £50
3dr Cosworth front hubs £300
B&M quickshift £200


Suspension & steering:

Avo monotube coilover suspension £700
Polybush suspension top mounts £30
Carbon top mounts £70
Momo race steering wheel £40
Snap-off steering wheel hub £100 (no keys to lock)
3dr rear swing arms with polybushes £50

Stack ST700SR £420
Stack Boost stepper motor gauge £100
Stack oil temp stepper motor guage including sump plug adaptor M14 thread £85
Stack fuel level stepper motor gauge. Back light not working for some reason £60
Stack EGT stepper motor gauge £85
Battery cutoff switch £15
Modified 3dr clock surround in carbon, with idiot lights. 80mm centre hole, and two 52mm holes £50 (will do deal if bought with gauges)
Push button starter button £20
3dr steering cowel. Some holes cracked £30

Ps do the rear calipers incorporate handbrake?

Intercooler
Rad
Fuel cell
turbo - had about 1mm play in and out - £100
wastegate
hard boost pipes and some black silicon hose (samco and SFS)


anyone know how to remove windows lol, ie the rear quarters and rear screen without fucking them (polycarb)

done about 170 miles on it

got the windows out the other night and managed to crack the n/sr quarter sligtly!

£150 for the rear screen, £80 for the sides.

you could always cut the sides to fit mate. will get rid of crack then lol

sorry mate, no.

its still on the original cross member and they are two bolt fixing, not single like the 2wd.
