Default Anybody do small 1 off machining work

Hi all.
I need 2 washers machined, preferably from alloy or something that won't rust.
Not measured exactly what I need but roughly 40mm across,2cm thick,8mm hole in the middle and recessed on the inside about 2cm across and 1cm deep.
They are for securing my sapphire front bumper to the wings in front of the wheels.
Not sure what should be in there from new but a bolt and washer is no use.
This is a pic of the securing socket these washers need to go over.

From my understanding as original - these go in the panel and do a quarter turn to secure.

Have a look at one of the pics here, its a triangular shaped hole that the clips fit in and as said turn 1/4 to lock.

If you mean the bits on the bumper to locate in the clips then in the end on mine i used a large self tapping screw and big washers on the inside of the wing

That's the problem I and possibly every sierra owner have.
The triangle hole is as big as the tutu angle locating peg thing so when you push it through and turn it because the hole us bigger there's about 7 mm play up and down, maybe I am missing something but when you put a bolt and washer through it it only tightens the peg against the bumper bracket, not the wing so the bumper can sag at the sides.
These washers I need will tighten against the wing and pull everything together so I can get an even gap alongside the wing.

I've not got the spare time to knock anything up, but this PDF printed at 1:1 should let you know if the holes are not right on the car.

I used it to transfer the shape onto steel when fixing mine, they are handed though !

No worries mate they look good, they may not be original but are 100x times better. I was pretty impressed with the quality myself just had problems getting the rivets that where supplied to go tight.
