Ford Fair 2016
Had a really good day, enjoyed watching the escos 4 wheel drifting round the corners! And the blue escort van sounded amazing!! As soon as i sore it on track i went looking for it to see if i could find out some info but when i found it the owner wasnt there.
Is there a build thread anywhere?

we have all modded our cars in the past to how WE liked them to be and I bet even then we were getting laughed at the older people over the mods we have done and we are doing the same.
its their car to mod how they please.
atleast they are there in big numbers either in focus st or fiesta st, they are supporting the show by turning up only us slightly older people with the rs or older cars not getting our act together and not bothering bringing our cars to the show.
how many people moaning that they want to see older cars in the show and have left their own car at home or not got it ready for one of the big shows of the year, so maybe instead of have a go at the st brigade turning up in big numbers, maybe turn up yourselves.
oh, and yes, I did turn up in my car too and too it on track.

I like the mixture and it's helped the show massively with traders i've never heard of etc - can't get used to the revving engines to show off the exhaust sound but thats me getting an old moaning fucker

I've uploaded both my tracksessions on YouTube.
The first one is Session K with my brother Cossiemk2 as passenger.
The second one is Session Q with RoryG25 as passenger.
(Bad audio, had to use my dashcam as my phone's battery went flat..)

Think it came from the dub scene and just spread, seen it on vauxhalls and French stuff too. There was a lot of focus ST and RSs but plenty of other stuff there too. Could of had even more variety had I not missed the classic ford stand

Just don't see the appeal of putting m3 wheels on a focus. It's not even like they are lightweight either
It just annoys me the whole "scene" thing as it seems to have very little to do with passion for cars but a pathetic lame fashion trend.
Just look at all the silly undrivable camber shite and fake rat look stuff.
Camber suits certain race cars for a specific purpose, not some rusty VW polo driven by a 17 year old emo.
"rat" look came from real weathered or "patina" vehicles from the US and other places where they drove well but looked shit. You cant "make" a rat car - you need decades of paint fade and corrosion to do it. Anything else is fake and contrived and looks as such.
Just the general bastardisation of anything the scene lot get thier hands on is pretty fucked up.
