Well just ot back from the car running, what a delight to hear a zetec running that youve sat on kicked and bled over the last year.
Also sound tested the rear at 4500rpm and it was 86db static..
HAVE IT!!!

Small update Jim called to say Drive shafts fit one boot keeps slipping off when clamped up so new one from Ford being collected.
Then its spanner check, fill with fuel and on the rollers…

Latest news is small air leak to resolve on the inlet manifold Monday, but with a leak we have so far 300hp with 17psi boost. Engine so far is being taken to 7000rpm and the graph is still climbing strong.

If honest im not entirely sure on that, Im thinking we are set at 7800as soft cut. Boost wise probably one map at around what it is dependant on what happens when the leak is sealed.
The other map could be around 2bar
