then i took the engine out cos it was smoking and discovered this, mashed piston

as you can see that was the result of a saxo in my front bumper. i was driving it for around 9 months was fuckin awsome. loved the 4 wheel drive. so time to do it all again !
so far the front wing has been replaced and it has been primed and the other front wing, the engine bay has been resparyed wet on wet and now looks lovely! all the wiring is back in headlights and other bits an pieces.
i'm now waitng for my bottom end to be machined and the new pistons so i can put it back together.

i know mate i've had quiet a few wheels on it now. was actually driving it around with the 3 door wheels on., they were brand new too.
i only cut the flange of mate gives you about an extra 15mm, some people told me that i should have cut it all out! but the driveshaft has never wacked the chassis rail! itsd fine

well i haven't updated this page in ages. after it was all done and sorted i managed to do about 6000miles on my nice spanky new engine it was sound.......... until the cam cap studs decided to pull out of the head and snap my exhaust camshaft clean off just before cylinder 4 meaning it was holding the exhaust valves closed. lucky enough aftr taking it apart again!!! there was no damage did't even bend any valves.
so one new camshaft later i put it back together and off i went again! run sweet as a nut for another 3000 miles.
in that time i decided to get 803s t34 and 3 bar. with tha sorted i decided to fly back to joe at gsmotosport. this man knows his stuff and would'nt use no one else.
i got a nice chip from him and a full setup with my new bits on.
it was a fooking lovely run like a dream.
THEN.....

in that time i decided to get 803s t34 and 3 bar. with tha sorted i decided to fly back to joe at gsmotosport. this man knows his stuff and would'nt use no one else.

THEN ...... my nice standard ford clutch decided to give way. to say i was a bit aggged is an unstatement
so off i went again. took the whole car apart again! bit of a freshen up was in order underneath the car. spent since november 09 sorting it out but its near enough ready to go again. i will post up photos tomorrow nite hopefully to show you all what i been up to.

yeah mate still got it and still workin on it think its been off the road more than its been on but thats all the fun of it . Oh well almost ready to be abused again. Lol.
