Took my car into work today to change the driveshaft gaiter(split)
While it was on the ramp i thought i,d take some pics as iv,e got none of the underside.

Got some old spacers and measured my calipers to see what size hubcentric spacers i need.10MM was too tight so went for 15mm.
New hubcentric spacers with extra long studs.

Hubcentric spacer fitted.
The wheel fits at last.How it sits now..
And the wheels don,t stick out as much as i thought they would so are legal.

A few more pics from today when i changed the brakes on the otherside and bled them.
Caliper adapter bracket fitted.
New calipers compared to the old.
New discs compared to the old.
Before and after pic.
And this is how far they stick out with the hubcentric spacer.Not that far IMO.
And finally,a pic of all my cars together.One,s for work,one,s for rest and one,s for play.
See if you can see which is which.
Just need to get new rear springs to change the ride height as i think it sits too low at the back.then it,s FOR SALE!!!!!!

An RS Turbo for sale? Theres a novelty, normally if you look up selling an RS Turbo its called breaking it

I know it sounds stupid,but i want to finish it how i want it to be before i sell it.
Will get a maximum of 1 months use of it before i sell,but then it will only be the odd evening and weekend.
A shame really as all this works gone into it and it doesn,t get used that much.Use the MONDEO for work and the FOCUS for family stuff so don,t really have a place for the RS TURBO anymore.
P.S...LINCOLNDANNY....
