What are M-Sport like with regards selling bits and bobs to non-motorsport customers?
Is there a published price list to hand? I had emailed them in the past but got jack all back..
Can you forward some pics of the shell? I'll u2u an email addy if you're able to.

will be fitting bonnet tonight on my mk6 and on craigs at the weekend
will update later after fitting
also shows my s1600 spoiler in carbon and shows the imppecable finish
i do not deal with m-sport anymore as there prices are not resonable

bonnets are availiable thro me for the price of 400+vat
i got a mould taken and reproduced on my behalf thro a composite specialist

unless i get a good price for the shell it stays and when i get time it will have rebuild number 3
engine has gone along with ecu clocks gauges etc

this was sold a few months ago
a couple of irish lads took it away to finish as a genuine rally car
due to having little spare time it could have sat in the lockup for many years so decided it was a good time to sell

Ill answer for Sim since i have a lot of his components.
Custom driveshafts
Custom engine mounts
Relocated upper and lower gearbox mounts
Custom radiator and charge cooler radiator
Custom downpipe and exhaust system
And the main awful bit - making the RS loom suit a mk6 one which has the most pain in the ass ecu system ever

Its still possible, but you will need to keep the standard ecu to run everything else bar the engine. Almost everything electronic is ran through the ecu, not as simple seperte circuits with a fuses and switches.

Just a simple 1.25 mk6 but with alot of simhoppers old stuff pre jwrc conversion. My car looks pretty much as my sig is, well did!

When Simon was building it, it was an MTX Focus RS box.
