Air con is the day job so if you want a deal on duct fan etc ive got some spare duct off a spray booth we did recently....its rather large IIRC its about 800mm
Can get any size as well as the fittings.

As above use the same clips one type has a longer "Nose" (cant remember if was fronts or rears), if its the fronts just give this "Nose" a quick file down if popping them into the rear

here it is today....bonnet boot and doors now done and i,v started fitting it all back together, waiting on perspex comoing for the windows next week
getting near time to pull the n reg one apart and start fitting it all into this one

Stunning... simple.....
Is there a particular reason you chose to do panels one side then mask? Other than the ease of trying to hang them all up then get nice gloss levels on BOTH sides without runs
?

latest pics from the weekend, loads of stuff now fitted, bias pedalbox and cylinders, heater/ dash, wiring loom for the lights/ back ale off the donor car now- cleaned and ready to refit, next job is fitting the bag tank/fuel pumps /swirl pot etc

here it is today....back axle now fitted plus the engine/box/front suspensions been dropped out of the other car...
engine being dropped out of the old one
thats a 7 speed FFD gearbox incase anyone doesnt know
will be cleaning all the front end stuff up next and the engine will probably end up being stripped for a freshen up...i,m about 90% decided on that just now lol
