Thanks Glen - i got C A Automotive to make them for me - expensive but well worth it, i had the front bumper vents done in carbon too but decided the standard look was the away forward so i sold them to a Mr Guido Elmer , he has them on his focus cosworth now

Did this start life as a genuine Focus RS or did you by the rear arches and stich them into a normal shell??

Loving it in black! it's how ford should have built it!

Cool project!

I noticed your uprated diff mount. I have one like that but still need to fit it. How did you get around the rear ARB fouling the top bolt? (diffmount to diff) I reckon the diff rear plate needs modding and the holes in the plate that bolts to the floor need to be made bigger so the entire diff mount goes a bit further towards the front of the car so it clears the rear ARB.

Thanks for the comments..... unfortunately a focus RS body shell costs a small fortune compared to a standard one , so i bought the wings and quarter panels from fords and it all started from there.... im hoping the achieve that factory finish - something near what fords shouldve built!

Stunning looking car love the idea of the near standard look from the outside, as you say as ford should have built it

Mine was fine with a 7" diff but had to cut 3mm off the back of my 71/2" casing to clear the arb.

Thanks mate, still got a fair bit to do - everything is there, just gotta find the time to get it finished . basically fit engine/box fuel system and brakes. and then wire it all up! simple lol.

Yeah it would be, if you had the money to pay others to do it for you instead!
