I am avidly watchin out for this car - an amzing piece of kit.
Very interested to see just how well the 4wd works in such a short wheel base as the car's basically a highly modified fiesta underneath such huge arches.
Keep us all updated and thanks for the information on this - it looks breathtakingly fast.

Hi mate it’s not 4wd its rear wheel drive
When I had the engine in my 3door it was over 300 bhp so I think the car is going to be a lot of fun I’m on stop at the moment run out of money thanks for all the response fast ford want to do a photo shot on the car when it’s finished which I’m looking forward to, if I get it finished build cost so far over £8000 and climbing
Thanks TAFFY (AKA BRYNAVON MOTORSPORT)

Hi to you all sorry it’s been so long since the last update but I have been working around the clock.
Some new pics of the progress so for the dash you see in the pics has to be sent away to be flocked the engine bay is nearly complete just have to have the header tank made and then rip it all back out and tidy it up wiring harness nearly complete just have to wire the switches in and side repeaters etc.
Next job on the list is to run the brake lines and fuel lines but the cost of this is hard to budget for at the moment

Yes mate I made every component on the car myself and the dash can be removed from the car in seconds to gain access to all the components behind

taffy,
how did you make that dash? is it fibre glass? did you make a female mould and then take it from there?
i've said it once, but i'll say it again, hat of to you! this is positively inspirational!

Yes mate the dash is made out of fibre glass I made a plug which was a standard puma dash that I covered with expanding foam then cut it to the shape I wanted with my wife’s kitchen knife then covered it with body filler and sanded it down then two coats of paint.
Then I made a mould out of that then made my dash from the mould.
It was going to be made out of carbon fibre but carbon fibre is a restricted product now after 9/11 and the London bombings
